RETURNS

Due to the fact that all products are unique and / or one-of-a-kind all products are sold “AS IS” and no returns are accepted.

SMALL ITEM SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on smaller items.

OVER-SIZED ITEM SHIPPING & FREIGHT

We prefer to quote shipping after we know your location and are able to research the best method. The quote will be emailed for your approval 24-48 hours after your online purchase and will be billed separately. If you are not happy with the quote, you may arrange your own shipping, or cancel the purchase. You may also feel free to contact us at info@garygibson.com for a shipping quote before purchasing.

PICK-UP

Buyers may enjoy their purchase immediately by picking up the item themselves assuming they have proper wrapping materials and assistance to load and unload their purchases.

HOLDS, MEMOS AND PURCHASES

Clients may place items on hold.  Our standard hold is 3 calendar days. Exceptions by request.

Clients may take items out on approval with a proper deposit.   Our standard approval time is 3 calendar days. Exceptions by request. Items taken out on approval and not returned within 3 days will be considered sold.

PRICING AND DISCOUNTS

We offer trade pricing to registered trade.

RENTALS

We offer 5 calendar day studio rentals. Please inquire for details.

PRIVACY POLICY

We promise we will never sell or give out any information you provide us, to anyone. Your personal information is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address.

All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don’t store any of your payment information.
